Montana mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, escrow officers, and title officers, we’re hitting the road and coming to a city near you!

Creating Successful Homeowners, together.

We know you want to be able to help every client that walks through your door. Some clients are ready to go with a conventional mortgage, while others need more options to achieve their goal of homeownership. NeighborWorks Montana loan products can help more of your clients become successful homeowners, with the financing that best meets their needs.

We encourage you to recommend homebuyer education and financial counseling to your clients early in their homebuying process. Even seemingly savvy buyers can benefit from the support of these free services. Clients who receive education and counseling have been shown to have lower delinquency and default rates.

Reminder: NWMT will not consider rush requests for any loan. A minimum of 15 business days from loan application is expected for processing. StateHOME loans require steps from outside entities including inspections and a final review by the funder, Montana Department of Commerce (MDoC).  Final approval from MDoC will take an additional 6 business days after NWMT review.

Please help NWMT by setting timeline expectations appropriately with your borrowers and the sellers.

Visit the Lender Portal to view applications, upload documents, check the status of a loan, or message the NWMT lending team.
