NeighborWorks Montana and our partners are here to help support your financial well-being with information and access to resources that can help you understand your mortgage options and other types of available support.

What should I do if I am unable to make my mortgage payment?

Your home is your most important financial asset, and now is a critical time to protect that asset. If you don’t think you can make your mortgage payment, be sure to:

  • Call your mortgage service provider immediately so they will be aware of your situation and can advise the next best step
  • Learn about the Montana Housing Emergency Housing Assistance program at covidrelief.mt.govĀ
