For residents of manufactured housing communities, NeighborWorks Montana is a Certified Technical Assistance Provider for ROC-USA; a national group promoting the purchase of manufactured housing communities by the residents of the community. NWMT can help residents organize and fund the purchase of the park which will stabilize their rents and give them control over park decisions. |
