Classes fill up quickly, so be sure to register right away by calling the Homebuyer Educator nearest you, as shown on the Homebuyer Education calendar. You must graduate from homebuyer education to qualify for an NWMT loan. Homebuyer Educators can also provide personal one-to-one planning about homeownership.
