The first step to creating successful home ownership is education. Several local professionals share their secrets to help you become a better saver, and make home ownership happen for you and your family.
When you successfully complete this course you will be awarded a HUD Class Participation Certificate. This certificate is required for many down payment assistance programs and other lending programs designed for first-time homebuyers.
Once certified, always certified. There is no expiration on this certificate. Get certified while you plan for your future.
